No experience required; just a real interest in baking and a willingness to learn every station.

Café Manager & Head Barista

Café Manager cum Head Barista

Own the day-to-day running of the café and lead the bar. This is a hands-on role — you'll be on the machine through service and running the floor around it. If you've been the senior barista who ends up holding the café together anyway, this is that job with the title and the authority to match.
