Because everything is made fresh to order, here's how we handle changes, cancellations and issues.

Made-to-order, perishable products
Every item from Love Made Edible is freshly baked to order using perishable ingredients and, in many cases, personalised for you. For food-safety and hygiene reasons, our products cannot be returned or exchanged once prepared or delivered.
Cancellations
We understand plans change. Cancellation terms depend on how close we are to your delivery date, because we procure fresh ingredients and schedule production in advance:
- 48+ hours before delivery: full refund of the order value.
- 24–48 hours before delivery: up to 50% refund (ingredients may already be procured).
- Less than 24 hours before delivery: orders are in production and are non-refundable.
To request a cancellation, message us on WhatsApp at +91 90080 37812 as early as possible with your order details.
Damaged, incorrect or unsatisfactory orders
We take great pride in our work. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as agreed, please contact us within 30 minutes of deliverywith photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review it promptly and, where warranted, offer a replacement or a full/partial refund. As our products are perishable, please inspect your order on arrival.
Please note that minor variations in colour, decoration or design are normal for handcrafted items and are not considered defects (see our indicative-images note in the Terms).
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via our payment provider (Razorpay). Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
