These Terms & Conditions govern your use of lovemadeedible.inand any order you place with Love Made Edible (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

An order is confirmed once payment is received and we acknowledge it (typically on WhatsApp). We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, the delivery location is outside our service area, or details cannot be verified — in which case any amount paid is refunded.

All products are freshly prepared to order. We require adequate lead time (minimum 24 hours for most items; more for custom and tiered cakes). Delivery is available within Bangalore only, per our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice, though confirmed orders are honoured at the agreed price. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider (Razorpay). A delivery fee applies as described in the Shipping Policy.

Because each item is handcrafted, the final product may vary slightly from photographs on the website in colour, texture and decoration. Images are indicative. For custom orders, we follow the agreed brief as closely as possible while applying our craft and judgement.

Our products are made in a kitchen that also handles eggs, dairy, gluten, nuts and other allergens. We cannot guarantee any item is completely free from traces of allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering; you are responsible for confirming suitability.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

All content on this website — including images, designs, text and branding — is owned by Love Made Edible and may not be reproduced without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
