Shipping&Delivery

We currently deliver only within Bangalore (all 560xxx / BBMP pincodes). We are a small-batch artisan kitchen and keep our delivery radius tight so every order arrives fresh. If you are just outside the city and want to check availability, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

A flat ₹170 delivery fee applies to orders within Bangalore, added at checkout. Deliveries requested after 7:00 PM may carry an additional night-delivery handling charge, which we confirm with you on WhatsApp.

Everything is freshly made to order. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for most items; tiered cakes, custom designs and larger orders may need more lead time. You choose your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout.

• Standard delivery slots: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
• Late-evening slots may be available on request (surcharge may apply).
• For a 9:00 PM order placed today, the earliest delivery is the following day (24-hour minimum lead time).

Orders are hand-delivered via trusted local delivery partners (such as Porter) or our own team, packed carefully to protect delicate decoration. We coordinate the exact timing with you on WhatsApp so someone is available to receive the order.

On rare occasions, traffic, weather or unforeseen circumstances may cause a short delay. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated on WhatsApp and do everything we can to deliver as close to your chosen slot as possible.
