Café Cook — Waffles, Sundaes, Pasta, Burgers & Pizza

Run the kitchen side of service at Frost & Brew, a café in Brookefield. You'll cook the full café menu — waffles, sundaes, pasta, burgers and pizza — to the same spec and the same speed every time, and keep the kitchen clean and stocked between services. Stay and food are provided, on top of the salary.

This role is with Frost & Brew, a café in Brookefield, Bengaluru. Hiring is being managed by Love Made Edible — we supply and advise cafés and kitchens across Bengaluru, so we know these teams from the inside, and we only put forward people we'd hire ourselves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cook and plate to order across the menu — waffles, sundaes, pasta, burgers and pizza
  • Run the waffle and sundae station as well as the savoury line
  • Hold the standard when it's busy — same dish, same look, same time
  • Prep ahead so service runs without scrambling
  • Keep the kitchen clean through service and at close
  • Work to the SOPs, and flag the ones that don't work in practice
  • Handle ingredients and stock carefully; keep wastage down
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Help develop and refine dishes for the menu

What Frost & Brew Is Looking For

  • 2–6 years in a café, QSR or restaurant kitchen
  • Confident cooking waffles, sundaes, pasta, burgers and pizza — you'll show us in a short kitchen trial
  • Comfortable on both the savoury line and a sweet station (waffles, sundaes)
  • Can hold quality and speed together during a rush
  • Clean, organised, and consistent about it
  • Comfortable working to a written SOP rather than improvising every time
  • Willing to work fully on-site in Brookefield — stay and food are provided
  • Preferred: a food-safety or culinary certificate, though what you can cook matters more
