Love Made Edible

Artisan Breads in Bangalore

Experience the aroma and taste of freshly baked artisan breads from Love Made Edible. From crusty sourdough loaves to herb-infused focaccia, our breads are crafted using time-honoured techniques and the finest ingredients.

Our Baking Process

Every loaf at Love Made Edible starts with time, not shortcuts. Our sourdough undergoes a 24–48 hour cold-proof fermentation that develops deep flavour and a naturally chewy crumb — something you won't find in the mass-produced bread on BigBasket or Instamart. We use stone-ground flour, no preservatives, and no dough conditioners. Each loaf is hand-shaped and baked in small batches so we can give it the attention it deserves. The result is bread with a crackling crust, open crumb structure, and the kind of aroma that fills your kitchen.

Which Bread Is Right for You

Not sure where to start? Our classic sourdough is perfect for toast, sandwiches, and avocado toast — its tangy flavour and sturdy crumb hold up to any topping. Focaccia is ideal for entertaining: tear it apart at the table with olive oil and balsamic, or use it as a base for bruschetta. Whole wheat bread is your everyday loaf for morning toast and school lunches. Multigrain is packed with seeds and grains for the health-conscious. All our breads stay fresh for 2–3 days at room temperature; slice and freeze anything you won't eat immediately for up to a month.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of artisan bread do you bake?

We bake sourdough loaves, focaccia, whole wheat bread, multigrain bread, garlic bread, and seasonal specials. All our breads are made from scratch with no preservatives.

How should I store artisan bread?

For best freshness, consume within 2–3 days. Store in a paper bag at room temperature or slice and freeze for up to a month. Avoid refrigerating as it dries out bread faster.

Can I order bread on a weekly subscription basis?

We love the idea! While we don't have a formal subscription yet, many customers place weekly recurring orders. Contact us to set up a regular bread delivery schedule.
