The Carrot Cake holds a special place at Love Made Edible — it's Chef Shona's personal favourite. This warmly spiced cake is loaded with freshly grated carrots and crunchy walnuts, topped with tangy cream cheese frosting that perfectly balances the sweetness.
Unlike generic carrot cakes, ours has depth — warm cinnamon and a hint of nutmeg complement the natural sweetness of the carrots, while the walnuts add a satisfying crunch throughout. The cream cheese frosting is made fresh and piped generously on top.
