Café Manager cum Head Barista
Own the day-to-day running of the café and lead the bar. This is a hands-on role — you'll be on the machine through service and running the floor around it. If you've been the senior barista who ends up holding the café together anyway, this is that job with the title and the authority to match.

This role is with Frost & Brew, a café in Brookefield, Bengaluru. Hiring is being managed by Love Made Edible — we supply and advise cafés and kitchens across Bengaluru, so we know these teams from the inside, and we only put forward people we'd hire ourselves.
Key Responsibilities
- Run daily café operations and keep service moving
- Lead, train and supervise the barista and floor team
- Prepare and hold the standard on coffee and every other drink on the menu
- Handle customers well, including the difficult ones
- Own stock: inventory, par levels, wastage and daily indents
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and café standards
- Manage rosters, attendance and daily task allocation
- Run proper opening and closing procedures
- Oversee sales, cash handling and the daily operational routine
- Keep drinks consistent in taste, presentation and speed
- Work with the owners on improving how the café performs
What Frost & Brew Is Looking For
- 4+ years in café or restaurant operations, or as a senior barista
- Real knowledge of coffee, beverages and how a café actually runs
- Leadership and communication skills — you'll be the person the team asks
- Able to hold a team together through a rush
- Responsible, disciplined and customer-focused
- Based in Bengaluru, or able to relocate before starting — this is a fully on-site role
- Preferred: you've managed a café team before
