Barista

Frost & Brew is looking for two baristas who care about what comes out of the machine. You'll be on bar through service, working to a set standard, with a head barista to learn from. Good fit if you already pull decent shots and want to get properly good.

This role is with Frost & Brew, a café in Brookefield, Bengaluru. Hiring is being managed by Love Made Edible — we supply and advise cafés and kitchens across Bengaluru, so we know these teams from the inside, and we only put forward people we'd hire ourselves.

Key Responsibilities

Make coffee, tea, smoothies and everything else on the menu to the café's standard
Operate and look after the espresso machine, grinders and bar equipment
Keep taste, quality and presentation consistent drink to drink
Take orders and serve people well
Keep the bar and equipment clean
Handle ingredients and stock carefully; keep wastage down
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Back the team up when it gets busy
Help with opening and closing

What Frost & Brew Is Looking For

1–4 years as a barista preferred
Sound on coffee preparation and basic espresso technique
Good communication and customer service
Able to work quickly and cleanly when the queue builds
Positive, punctual and willing to learn
Based in Bengaluru, or able to relocate before starting — this is a fully on-site role
Preferred: speciality coffee experience
